The final design transforms the existing rooftop terrace into a stylish, comfortable Mediterranean outdoor living space, combining functionality with a warm and contemporary aesthetic.

The renovation introduces a modern pergola structure over the dining area, providing shade and defining the main social space. A substantial outdoor dining table with comfortable woven chairs creates an inviting area for meals and entertaining.

The opposite side of the terrace is designed as a dedicated lounge area, featuring a generous outdoor sofa, coffee table, soft cushions, and a natural-textured outdoor rug. This creates a relaxed space for enjoying the terrace throughout the day and evening.

To soften the existing architecture, the design incorporates large decorative planters, olive trees, tropical greenery, and flowering plants. Warm architectural lighting, integrated pergola lighting, and decorative lanterns provide an attractive evening atmosphere while highlighting the terrace’s key features.

The overall concept retains the character of the existing Mediterranean architecture while introducing modern outdoor furniture, natural materials, greenery, lighting, and improved functionality.

The result is a complete rooftop transformation designed as an extension of the home — suitable for dining, entertaining, relaxing, and enjoying the Alicante climate throughout the year.
