Key management
We will hold the keys to your property in a secure safe located in our office. While our staff are on duty or on route to your property, the keys will be securely stored away in a safe inside of out service van. A log book and serial number system will be used to log the activity with your keys and this will be available on request and visible in the customer portal.

Cleaning the apartment
Many of our current customers see that they are unable to fit cleaning work into their busy work and social commitments. We have added apartment cleaning service as part of the property management service. In this way you get all you need from one place. Cleaning can be done when tenants change, and then the apartment is clean and nice for the next one.

Repairs, small improvements
Got a dent in your wall or ceiling? Our home improvement specialist will paint and repair your wall or ceiling in no time. We do all kinds of painting work, both indoors and outdoors . Also other types of small fixes and repairs is often needed to be done, especially in cases where the apartments are short time rented.  You get all this from the same service.
